Call to Order: 7:06 pm
Board Members in Attendance: Tasha Golis, Rick Richbourg, Michael Holder, Larry Jones, Diana Robbins, Rick Fender, Rhea Cammenga and Brenda Worden

President’s Report – Tasha Golis

- Got (10) new members at the Fish Fry event. Next year the fish fry will be held on 4-18-20 at Larry and Jeannie Jones home.
- The Lake Holden cleaning/recon team went out the next day after the fish fry and worked to clean the lake. Another cleaning day will be set in the future.
- The HOA Membership BBQ will be held sometime in October at Brenda Worden’s home.
- Water Advisory Report – Rick Richbourg:
- (400) Grass Carp were released into Lake Holden on 5-9-19. In 1970, (800) Grass Carp were released into the lake. The Grass Carp eat several types of plants with Hydrilla and Pond Weed being high on their list.
- Work on the 43rd Street retention pond. The contractor is Commissioner Uribe’s husband’s company.
- Met with Dr. Harvey Harper and he is doing another evaluation for us.
- Now have $850,000 in the budget and $470,000 in the operating funds.
- Need more involvement in the WAB-Lionel suggested Captain Patrick Gill.
- Still treating the lake for hydrilla.

- HOA meeting are the third Wednesday of every other month at 7 PM at Cecil’s BBQ. So the next meeting will be 7-17-19 at 7pm at Cecils.
- Fish Fry 4-18-2020 at Larry & Jeannie Jones’ House
- Next Lake Cleanup Day TBD with traveling cleanup group
