Proposal With Possible Impact To Lake Holden
The first “proposal” is for SODO House By The Lake, located at the north end on Michigan Street. The proposed site plan is below.
*Note: I was a able to speak directly with the developer in August. I voiced several concerns that had been communicated to me from homeowners, ie parking, traffic, wetland mitigation, and lake access.
