Artichoke and Gorgonzola Cheese Salad

With the warmer weather approaching,  you can always enjoy another salad recipe!

A couple of bags of mixed greens  I container of gorgonzola cheese (crumbled) I can of artichokes (quarted) drained, I usually cut them up a little more 1 pint of cherry tomatoes cut it half 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts Girard’s Champagne dressing (I only use 6-8 tablespoons, you can use more )   Mix it all together right before serving.
